Haesung DS
Haesung DS has continued to grow through independent technology development and production
line operation for over 30 years since it started the semiconductor lead frame business in 1984,
and started anew as a member of the Haesung Group in March 2014.
Currently, we are producing parts for semiconductor packages such as semiconductor
lead frames based on u-PPF (ultra-thin plating technology)-based world-class high-reliability
plating technology and ultra-precision processing technology.
